The Head Mixologist Role
We are seeking an experienced Head Mixologist to lead our mixology team and develop a world-class beverage program that showcases the best of Lisbon's culinary scene. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails, training staff, and maintaining exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and train the bartending and mixology team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Beverage Program Development: Curate, innovate, and update the cocktail menu to reflect current trends, guest preferences, and seasonal ingredients.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has an outstanding and memorable experience in the bar, lounge, or other hotel dining areas.
Requirements:
- Deep passion for craft cocktails, fine spirits, and exceptional guest service.
- Proven track record in leadership and staff management.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
