We are seeking an exceptional Medical Manager New Products to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the clinical development and commercialization of new products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute strategies that provide medical and clinical development insights to support launches and business results.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Access, to drive the success of our products. You will be responsible for contributing medical expertise and scientific advice to all allied departments, reinforcing clinical awareness, and developing strong relationships with Medical Experts, influencers, and key external stakeholders.
Main Accountabilities:
- Strategy Design: Develop and implement strategies for assigned products, focusing on medical and clinical development insights
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Access teams on development projects, participating in strategic meetings and reviewing promotional and training material
- Medical Expertise: Provide medical expertise and scientific advice to allied departments, reinforcing clinical awareness and developing strong relationships with Medical Experts and stakeholders
- Team Management: Manage assigned teams, supporting their development, coaching, and talent growth
- Communication: Interact with others in a positive and constructive manner, being open to diversity and aligned with corporate guidelines
