Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting & Analytics Data Manager to join our Tires Purchasing team in Lousado, Portugal. This role involves collaboration with our Purchasing Data Management team in Hanover, Germany, and local coordination with our Tires Sector Purchasing Controlling & Analytics team.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide business-driven solutions and information to support strategic purchasing decisions and enhance transparency on purchasing contribution for Continental's Tires Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective Business Intelligence applications using SAP BW, MS Power BI, etc., to optimize data management and reporting
- Develop customized reports tailored to the needs of Tire Purchasing, including user training
- Ensure seamless data integration and efficient usage across various system platforms for informed decision-making
- Streamline data management processes to automate reporting and monitoring of KPIs
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or Information Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in systems development, implementation, or purchasing/controlling roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in an international setting
- Proficiency in SAP MM/BI/SRM and cloud technologies, such as Data Lake and Power BI
- Good understanding of purchasing processes and basic project management skills
- Excellent communication and language skills (B2 European level minimum)
