Overview

Noesis is a leading organization in the field of Cybersecurity and Digital Fraud, seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management function, you will be responsible for contributing to the deployment of our CDF Xshore program across different countries.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with expertise in Cybersecurity and Digital Fraud themes. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management functions, is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage initiatives from inception to go-live, adhering to our Third-Party Risk Management process, governance, and methodology;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) in Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, and other areas to identify main risks;
  • Mitigate risks by defining, following, and executing actions to meet SME conditions as defined in the risk assessment of the Xshore program.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management functions;
  • Expertise in Cybersecurity and Digital Fraud themes;
  • General knowledge of IT topics or IT Risk and Cyber;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to explain and manage change;
  • Ability to understand defined governance and methodology, and to elaborate transversal processes.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth, training, and development.
