About the Role:

Leo Burnett is a leading creative agency seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative design solutions across various disciplines, including brand design, spatial design, UI design, and motion design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-quality design solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive and innovative approach to all projects.
  • Work alongside our communication team to create compelling visual content and campaigns that drive results.
  • Contribute to projects requiring a strong artistic vision, ensuring they align with the agency's creative direction.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops, offering fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across all outputs, adhering to project timelines and client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in design to keep the agency at the forefront of creativity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative excellence with efficiency.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Designer in an agency or similar creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, from design to communication and artistic pieces.
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A strong artistic eye with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
  • Experience in both digital and print design, with a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards creative challenges.
  • Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a plus.
