About the Role:

As a Senior Legal Counsel at Arrow Global Portugal, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and support on matters related to Financial Law and Governance, Real Estate Law, and Commercial Law. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the company's compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support on Financial Law and Governance, Real Estate Law, and Commercial Law matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare clear and precise legal opinions.
  • Monitor legislative developments and ensure the implementation of new rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external legal teams to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements:
  • Law degree with a valid registration in the Portuguese Bar Association.
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-internship experience as a lawyer in relevant areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Portuguese legal system and its respective practice areas.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent ability to analyze and interpret legislation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • High sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Location and Schedule:
Full-Time / Lisbon, hybrid role (2 to 3 days per week in the office are expected)
