About the Role

Dawn Foods is a global leader in bakery manufacturing and ingredients distribution, helping customers grow their business through meaningful partnerships, research-driven insights, and innovative products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the EU Procurement team with SAP data input, cleansing, and maintenance.
  • Act as a trusted business partner for the EU procurement team and its stakeholders.

Key Activities

  • SAP price-contract input for multiple SKU pricing.
  • Contract maintenance, including extension of contract-PIR dates and supplier calibration.
  • SAP Source list update and maintenance.
  • Invoice discrepancies reporting and process optimization with Finance.
  • RM/supplier approval process follow-up with Quality Management and R&D.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the role.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP, excellent Excel skills, and good knowledge of database solutions.
  • Experience with providing management reporting and 3+ years in a multi-national environment.
