Job Function
This position reports directly to the Senior Management Team and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with assigned Business Partners and End Customers in the East African market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the East African market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and End-users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective training and enablement programs for partners and End-users.
  4. Monitor and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Act as a technical consultant and enablement specialist for vendors, partners, and End-users.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Desirable: CCNA or other relevant certifications.
