About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking customer support specialist to join our dynamic team in Portugal. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is an ideal opportunity for you.

Job Description

As a customer support specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers via phone, email, and chat in German. You will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Schedule & Working Conditions

You will work Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 06:00 and 22:00. Weekends are off, and you will have time to relax and recharge.

Benefits

Our company offers a competitive package, including a welcome bonus of €3000 upon joining. We also provide a meal allowance of €7.23 per working day and a transport allowance of €20 per month. Health insurance is available from Day 1, with full coverage after six months of employment.

Relocation Benefits for Lisbon Hires

If you relocate from outside Portugal, you can stay in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at €280 per month (utilities included, deducted from your salary). We also offer flight reimbursement of up to €400 (economy class) after completing six months.
