About this role:
As a specialist consultant in emergency medicine, you will help create a taxonomy framework and qualification tests for our applicants. This is a part-time, remote freelance project that fits around your primary professional or academic commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a structured classification system tailored to the organization's needs.
- Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and expertise of future applicants.
- Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies.
- Collaborate with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies.
- Review and refine the taxonomy framework and qualification tests based on feedback and testing outcomes.
Requirements:
- You hold a Master's degree or PhD in Emergency & Critical Care Medicine or a related field.
- You have at least 7 years of professional experience in Emergency & Critical Care Medicine or a related field.
- Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
- You have experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests.
- You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
