Procurement Analyst for IT Projects

As an IT Procurement & Sourcing Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business success by managing IT project billing processes and optimizing supplier relationships.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing and monitoring IT project billing processes to ensure accurate follow-up and reporting.
- Preparation and tracking of consumption reports for IT projects and headcount consumption reports.
- Tracking and managing the billing of suppliers, while implementing cost-saving actions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management or similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in Billing and Invoicing Management.
- Strong knowledge of Supplier Management, Billing, Budget, and Invoices.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of other languages is an asset.
