**Job Title**
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of multiple applications.
**Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of up to 4 developers and collaborating closely with Application Managers and Project Managers based in Paris,
- Ensuring the technical integrity of the applications and delivering high-quality results,
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions,
- Implementing best development practices and managing inter-application interactions effectively,
- Writing clear and concise technical specifications and proactively improving processes,
- Developing and compiling build procedures efficiently and analyzing incidents and anomalies promptly,
- Proposing technical optimizations to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field,
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position,
- Advanced knowledge in Java 11+, My SQL, PostgreSQL, Angular 8+, Spring Framework and Shell Scripting,
- Good knowledge of Git, Docker, and Jenkins,
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory),
- Functional knowledge of electronic banking (plus),
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Strong leadership, team spirit, and communication skills.
