Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated FedEx Customer Champion to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our Enterprise Global & Regional Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Investigate customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and outstanding customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to address customer complaints and concerns.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service industry.
