Key Responsibilities
  • Content Review and Moderation: Evaluate user-generated content in Dutch for adherence to community standards and platform policies.
  • Issue Identification and Escalation: Identify and manage inappropriate or harmful content, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Feedback and Quality Enhancement: Provide valuable feedback to enhance content quality and user engagement.
  • Collaboration and Process Refining: Work collaboratively with other teams to refine moderation processes and establish best practices.
Requirements
  • Native Language Proficiency: Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language Skills: B2-level proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
  • Attention to Detail and Critical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically when evaluating content.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
