Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is offering a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Building Surveyor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting experienced Building Surveyors in the delivery of building surveying services.

As a Trainee, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in building surveying practices and procedures. You will work on a variety of projects, including professional services, condition surveys, and construction projects. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the preparation of feasibility studies, cost plans, designs, and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a passion for learning and a desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Building Surveyors in the delivery of building surveying services
  • Contribute to the preparation of feasibility studies, cost plans, designs, and specifications
  • Evaluate and report on tenders
  • Undertake surveys, including condition surveys, DDA, Fire Risk Assessments, Schedules of Condition, and Acquisition Surveys
  • Prepare reports for customers
