About the Role
This position involves developing predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques to identify segmented pricing customer behavior and business process outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with business goals and enable analysts to reach data-driven recommendations for strategic planning and decision-making processes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for integrating and analyzing data from various sales channels, assessing performance, identifying patterns, and generating usable segmentations to recommend improvements for future success of activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop data-driven insights by utilizing advanced data analysis techniques
* Build and deploy predictive and machine learning models to identify segmented pricing customer behavior and business process outcomes
* Analyze sales activities data and customer data to assess performance, identify patterns, and generate usable segmentations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with business goals

Requirements
* Advanced data analysis and modeling skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and experience in coding with Python, R, and SQL

* Expertise in integrating and analyzing data from various sources, including digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and large transactional databases
* Strong communication skills, including ability to clearly communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Cross-cultural and regional awareness, including understanding of nuances and variations in marketing practices and consumer behavior across different European markets
