At Noesis, we are seeking a skilled Configuration Manager Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing IT configuration items in our CMDB and ensuring that processes are executed according to documented procedures.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Configuration Management;
  • Service Management;
  • Creation and analysis of controls over information quality;
  • Analyze KPIs and take necessary actions based on the analysis;

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing IT configuration items in a CMDB;
  • Service modeling;
  • IT processes and controls;
  • Knowledge of Service Manager and CMDB tools, with preference for HP Service Manager and uCMDB, will be valued;
  • Knowledge in building and querying SQL will be valued;
  • User-oriented skills with strong knowledge of Excel will be valued;
  • ITIL and/or ISO20000 certification will be valued;
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Strong management, organizational, communication, and reporting skills;
  • Proficiency in the English language.
