Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support our Risk Management and Internal Control teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements from Risk, Internal Control, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) teams.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure alignment and compliance with specifications.
  • Assist in customizing and integrating new platforms.
  • Migrate data from existing tools to the new platform.
  • Support the phase-out of current tools, including monitoring, user role assignment, and data extraction for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare technical and functional specifications to ensure seamless integration with involved teams.
  • Monitor the implementation of platform specifications, ensuring compliance with defined requirements.
  • Conduct functionality testing of the platform.
  • Organize training sessions for users, promoting adoption and efficiency.
  • Engage stakeholders into the tool.
  • Manage change and provide ongoing support during the transition period.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in risk management, internal control, and business continuity management is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adherence to deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including interaction with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
