As Identity Access Manager, you will deploy and maintain IAM tools for international subsidiaries, support users in managing identity lifecycles and access compliance, improve access reviews and rights reconciliation between systems, train internal users on IAM best practices, and collaborate with IT security teams to enhance IAM processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IAM implementation and support, knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access control, experience with IAM tools (MyAccess, TIGRE, or similar), understanding of security policies and compliance, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English (French is a plus). Cybersecurity knowledge is also a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and maintain IAM tools for international subsidiaries
  • Support users in managing identity lifecycles and access compliance
  • Improve access reviews and rights reconciliation between systems
  • Train internal users on IAM best practices
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to enhance IAM processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IAM implementation and support
  • Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access control
  • Experience with IAM tools (MyAccess, TIGRE, or similar)
  • Understanding of security policies and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus)
  • Cybersecurity knowledge is a bonus
