We are seeking a highly skilled Category Development & Insights Lead to join our Demand Acceleration (DX) department.

The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives across multiple channels, leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to optimize assortment, placement, and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop data-driven category strategies and compelling sales stories by integrating consumer, shopper, category, customer, and financial insights.
  • Conduct deep category and business analysis to identify opportunities and risks, driving growth solutions.
  • Lead the creation of a 3-5 year customer-centric growth roadmap to strengthen market positioning.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Category Development, Shopper/Consumer Insights, or similar.
  • Cross-functional expertise, with the ability to manage internal and external teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with insights tools such as Nielsen, Spaceman, Circana (SONAE loyalty data), and EMNOS ANALYZER (Pingo Doce tool).
