The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Lisbon office and help us shape the future of tech recruitment across Europe. This role involves taking full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement.

About You

You will be a true hunter with a proven track record in 360 recruitment, specialising in tech hiring. You should have experience in placing candidates into the DACH, Benelux, Nordics, Switzerland, or US markets. A natural business developer, you will be comfortable engaging C-level decision-makers and winning new clients.

Your Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and grow a client portfolio across our target markets, building long-term partnerships.
- Source, attract, and engage top-tier tech talent using cutting-edge recruitment tools.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring long-term success.
