As a Senior Financial Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of investment projects at Bosch Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit investment project applications to secure funding;
- Control and monitor specific cost centers for investment projects, ensuring budget adherence;
- Prepare and submit payment requests to ensure timely funding for project activities;
- Coordinate project activities with consultants and auditors, ensuring smooth project execution;
- Monitor audits and respond to clarification requests from government agencies managing the projects.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar roles;
- Know How: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); proficiency in SAP at the FI/CO level;
- Languages: English proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written);
- Working Style and Methods: Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently;
- Personality: Detail-oriented with good communication skills; proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments.
