We're looking for a Dutch Language Customer Service Expert to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers who require products in Dutch.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner, and promoting product utilization. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers who speak Dutch as their primary language.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an attentive listener, comfortable communicating with people, and possess a drive for excellence and professionalism. A native level of Dutch and at least a B2 level of English are also required.
