Job Responsibilities
The Project Development Manager will be responsible for managing the development of wind projects and hybridization throughout their full lifecycle. This includes overseeing the entire project development lifecycle, initiating and managing permitting and authorization processes, and leading site scouting efforts.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Portuguese development team and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment of objectives. They will also identify potential risks throughout the project development phase and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Key Requirements
- Experience in project development within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on wind energy.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and permitting processes related to wind energy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management software and GIS tools.
