We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Lisboa, Portugal. As a Data Analyst for Quality Customer Service, you will be responsible for leading quality process management, quality standards integration, change & quality mindset, customer centricity, strategy, performance and communication.
You will measure business and quality for customers services & cross programmes performance via collection, consolidation and synthesis of performance indicators. This includes managing performance through facilitating stakeholders exchange on performance data, root cause analysis, recommendations in order to enable decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure Business and Quality for Customers Services & Cross Programmes performance
- Manage performance through facilitating stakeholders exchange on performance data
- Identify / define improvement projects to reach targeted performance
To be successful in this role, you will need a diploma or bachelor + master degree in Data Analytics or other relevant fields. You should also have business fluent English and good knowledge in Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g. Skywise including Contour, Slate and Code Repository).
Additionally, you will need ability to solve problems and seek root causes through data, programming skills in Python/Pyspark, R, JAVA or equivalent, experience with data management, stakeholder management and a customer oriented mindset.
