About the Role

We are seeking an Italian Language Technical Support Professional to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an onsite representative, you will be directly supporting customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Italian (C2 level), intermediate proficiency in English, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not essential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-tier customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshooting website issues such as errors, website performance problems, and other technical challenges.
  • Guiding customers through website features, account settings, and other technical processes, ensuring they can fully utilize the platform.
