Role Summary
Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure and equipment.
- Execute daily maintenance tasks in accordance with work orders and preventive maintenance plans.
- Clean and maintain sidewalks, signage, benches, and other exterior areas.
- Perform minor electrical work and other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance roles.
- Basic knowledge of electrical work and civil construction.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
- Proficiency in English.
