Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Danish Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a representative of one of the world's most innovative healthcare companies, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers regarding insulin pumps and related accessories.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone, email, and chat support to customers in Danish.
  • Offer information about our company's products and services.
  • Assist customers with the connectivity of insulin pumps to apps on smartphones.
  • Handle customer service inquiries with a high degree of empathy and customer orientation.
  • Support customers in using and managing their insulin pumps effectively.
  • Document and track customer inquiries in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Native-level Danish proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
  • A customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles (preferred).
