We're looking for a talented Global Consumer Support Specialist to join our team at Jobtome-All. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our products and services.
The successful candidate will have advanced spoken and written knowledge in English, be fluent in French, and have experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
As a Global Consumer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries via written channels (including social media) in a timely and accurate way, identifying customer needs, and helping customers use specific features.
You will also encode internal databases with information about consumers' requests, share feature requests and effective workarounds with relevant stakeholders, inform customers about new features, functionalities, and campaigns, and follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Additionally, you will gather consumers' feedback, complete a FAQ database and knowledge-based documents, and treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines.
