We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Professional to join our international team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional sales and customer service solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers, build relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities for business growth.
With a strong background in sales and marketing, you will be able to advise and consult small and medium-sized companies on how to leverage email, phone, and chat support to drive business results.
You will also be responsible for supporting and extending self-services for clients, providing pre- and after-sales support, and identifying trends and giving feedback to engineering teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a native level of Czech and fluent level of English (at least B2-C1), a sales attitude or previous experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and an interest in the social media field.
