The Opportunity

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk team. The VML ES Service Desk Team delivers exceptional IT support and service management solutions to our staff and clients. Our collaborative approach and commitment to excellence ensure comprehensive, efficient, and proactive service delivery that consistently exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ticket triage, SLA monitoring, reporting, ticket management, and support to Service Delivery Managers and Support Teams.
  • Effectively prioritize workload while adapting to rapidly changing demands.
