Job DescriptionWe are seeking an IT Service Manager for Finance who will be responsible for handling tickets and incidents, steering desired changes, and controlling budgets. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Team and ensure close cooperation with divisions and regional financial hubs.
The IT Service Manager for Finance will also be responsible for providing support for continuous optimization of individual applications, their strategies, and architecture. Additionally, the role involves being actively involved in global IT and business projects.
- You will work as an IT partner and provider with the Continental Finance Team;
- You will ensure close cooperation with divisions/regional financial hubs as well as with internal and external partners;
- You will handle tickets and incidents and changes;
- You will steer, plan, and implement desired changes and extensions together with the business application manager/key users;
- You will control the budget for services and create order requisitions;
- You will provide support for continuous optimization of individual applications, their strategies, and architecture;
- You will be actively involved in global IT and business projects;
- You will assist in the development of global standards, strategies, and concepts and their implementation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and proficient English language skills. You should also be a team player with the willingness to work in a global team environment.
Academic degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related qualification is required. Experience in financial processes and solid professional experience in IT service management or project environment are highly desirable.

- Experience in managing external service providers.
