About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls and email.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Become an expert in our client's products and services, showcasing your knowledge to provide accurate and complete information.
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and finding solutions that meet their needs.
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering memorable experiences through empathy, active listening, and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Possess a high level of Polish (written and oral) and fluent English (B2).
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is highly valued, but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with MS Office package and pet-related topics is a plus.
