We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As an English speaker, you will be responsible for providing telephone, email, and chat support to customers regarding insulin pumps and related accessories. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have, while also offering information about our company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels.
- Assist customers with the connectivity of insulin pumps to apps on smartphones.
- Offer information about our company's products and services.
- Handle customer service inquiries with empathy and a customer-centric approach.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Stress resistance skills to handle medical emergency situations effectively over the phone.
- Adept at using Client's IT systems, including the CRM.
- Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with a high level of empathy.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
