Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all administrative tasks within the department, having a full understanding of team dynamics. They will be expected to:

  • Demonstrate high energy levels and provide consistently high levels of customer service and teamwork.
  • Perform general office duties to support Groups & Events, including filing, sending emails, typing, and copying documents.
  • Prepare group sales-related documents throughout the sales process, such as proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities and services.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Good team development and leadership skills are essential.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills are necessary.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations is expected.
