The Job
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Application Production Support Specialist for a national project in the banking sector. This is a unique opportunity to work on an international project with a client that requires expertise in digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for cloud-based applications using Windows (PowerShell, Active Directory, Event logs) and experience with Virtual Machines (VMs).
- Utilize Application Performance Monitor (Dynatrace preferable) to ensure optimal system performance.
- Apply ITIL principles to manage incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (Ansible preferable) to automate deployment and management of IT resources.
- Collaborate with the IT Cloud team to ensure seamless integration and migration of cloud-based services.
- Utilize RPA tools (Blue Prism preferable) to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve complex SQL/Microsoft SQL Server issues to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Work closely with the Infra team to design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.

Requirements
- Expert-level English language skills (written and verbal)

- ITIL certification or equivalent experience
