Role Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a world-leading outsourcing company offering services related to customer/technical support, content moderation, sales, and marketing. As a Sales Advisor, you will identify new business opportunities, consult with clients to understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive growth while achieving sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Daily communication with new and existing clients via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and offer solutions tailored to their business goals.
  2. Consultative selling to better understand clients' needs and help them achieve their objectives.
  3. Planning actions based on clients' needs and expectations.
  4. Researching industries and business models to better understand markets and clients.
  5. Understanding local specifics to better tailor offers for local advertisers.
  6. Providing personalized recommendations based on clients' needs.
  7. Assisting clients in optimizing product usage, offering active support in problem-solving and performance improvement.
  8. Expanding knowledge of advertising solutions and their impact on business performance.
  9. Solving problems, identifying trends, and providing valuable feedback on products.
  10. Using various tools to communicate effectively and help clients succeed.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German.
  • Communicative English (at least B2 level).
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
