About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Quality Systems (m/f/d) to join our team. As a key member of our quality management department, you will be responsible for maintaining all processes related to the Global Quality System.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with GxP guidelines.
  2. Maintain and update the Global Document System to ensure alignment with EU operating authorizations and licenses.
  3. Oversee the qualification process for suppliers and customers, including ongoing performance assessments.
  4. Lead the audit process, including planning, execution, and support, to ensure timely completion.
  5. Enhance the CAPA system to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management systems and a strong understanding of GMP, GDP, GCP, and GLP regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
