Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Wind Turbine Blade Specialist to contribute to our team's success in TN Portugal. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise and excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling them to effectively communicate with colleagues worldwide.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support regional Operations and Engineering teams in solving blade-related service issues
  • Connect regional operations and engineering teams with global functions through knowledge sharing forums
  • Identify key performance drivers and collaborate on action plans
  • Provide technical and operational review of solutions during RCA, development, and implementation
  • Ensure capture of service requirements during new product development

Requirements

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in an Engineering function such as aeronautical or mechanical engineering
  • Substantial experience in wind turbine blades service roles
  • Deep understanding of the entire lifecycle of wind turbine blades
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
