We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at Eurofins Portugal Business Services as a Financial Process Expert. In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Invoicing processing and correction of entries in Coupa and the AP subledger in our ERP system.
• Reviewing and approving manual journal entries submitted by team members.
• Requesting changes in supplier master data to ensure accurate payments.
• Handling supplier queries.
• Travel and expenses processing.
• Paying invoices in a timely manner while avoiding double payments and credit notes.
• Conducting regular reviews of open positions in the ERP system, focusing on aged items and debit balances.

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, preferably within a BPO/SSC environment, specifically in Accounts Payable (AP). Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential. Additionally, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
