Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
• Coordinate and deliver projects out of our office in Porto, Portugal, with a global reach and teams worldwide.
• Be accountable for your budgets, timelines, and project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, cost, and quality.
Leadership
• Lead teams to success, ensuring that they are set up for success and have the necessary resources to deliver projects on time.
• Communicate clearly to the complete stakeholder map, including downwards, upwards, and lateral in the organization.
Problem-Solving
• Monitor progress and escalate risks and deviations timely to find mitigations to issues.
• Work closely with line management to secure the right staffing and timely initiation of the projects.
Requirements:
• You have a technical or other relevant degree (B.Sc or M.Sc). An engineering degree within electrical, IT, or similar would be an asset, but not a requirement.
• Preferably 4-6 years of experience with project management and 8 years in total.
• Experience with managing software projects in agile environments is a positive factor.
• You have experience with project management in large matrix organizations and managing stakeholders on a senior level (up to Vice President level).
• You have a good understanding of different execution, governance, and budget models.
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbally.
