The Role

We're seeking a Road Trip Experience Manager to join our depot team in Almancil - Faro. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reservations and welcome guests for check-ins and check-outs
  • Prepare and clean our campervans to ensure they are in top condition
  • Maintain our campervans by monitoring maintenance needs and addressing any repairs required
  • Register guests, monitor stock levels, and process payments
  • Address complaints and troubleshoot emergencies in a timely and efficient manner

You'll Be Perfect For This Role If

  • You're a travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills and experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car
  • You're fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory) and possess a valid driver's licence
  • You're a reliable and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team
