About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Decarbonization Analyst to join our ESG Team at Colt Technology Services. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for centralizing and consistently managing carbon data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Centralize Carbon Metrics: Develop a structured approach to capture carbon metrics across all business functions, ensuring centralized reporting capabilities.
  • Lead Carbon Footprint Calculations: Oversee the carbon footprint calculations for Colt Group in collaboration with our Carbon Consultants, ensuring adherence to best practice financial modeling techniques in alignment with the Transition Plan Taskforce (TPT).
  • Establish Data Governance: Implement a robust internal carbon data governance framework to maintain centralized control over data inputs and outputs.
  • Create Sustainability Dashboards: Develop centralized sustainability dashboards that provide insights into performance against targets and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Enhance Data Visualization: Explore and implement innovative methods to visualize carbon data and narratives, generating new insights to support our global operations while adhering to best practices.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in carbon accounting and ESG reporting, including understanding of key standards – GRI, CDP, Ecovadis, TPT.
  • Exposure to transition planning and the link between carbon accounting and financial planning is a significant advantage.
  • Advanced excel skills with the ability to carry out data analysis on environmental data.
  • Highly experienced in collecting, analyzing and producing dashboards to measure ESG performance against targets.
