About This Role

We are seeking highly motivated and proactive individuals to join our dynamic marketing teams as Marketing Assistant Trainees. This role is ideal for those eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, digital campaigns, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation of promotional materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Support event coordination, product launches, and brand activations to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Help develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters to engage with customers and promote products.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams as needed to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools is a plus.
