We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team and lead the pre-opening period of our new hotel in Lisbon. As a member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel delivers exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the senior team through revenue generation and strategic commercial decisions.
- Manage the annual budget and ensure that labor productivity and cost control are in line with expectations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract guests and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the head of lifestyle operations, ownership, and senior leadership team to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of quality and service throughout the hotel.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a similar lifestyle hotel or large 4- or 5-star hotel in Lisbon.
- A solid understanding of the Lisbon hotel market and competitors, local business requirements, and labor market.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with the arts, music, and entertainment industries.
