Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Lisboa. As a key member of our Supply Chain & Logistics department, you will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee demand planning, ensuring accurate forecasts and optimized stock levels.
  • Direct supply planners, focusing on order management and maintaining optimal inventory levels across stores and warehouses.
  • Develop and implement action plans to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities for process improvements, contributing to the development of more efficient plans.
  • Standardize and optimize the use of forecasting and order management tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in supply chain or demand planning.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Microstrategy is preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
