Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tower Component Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the development activities of Tower components meet phase gate concept and product development process (PDP) requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate documents, provide input on unclear or missing requirements, and adapt the defined product development process as needed. Additionally, you will follow the maturity risk assessment evaluation process, manage non-conformity processes, moderate 8Ds, and strive to bring standardization into problem-solving methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field
* 8-10 years of experience in Tower component development and problem-solving methodologies
* Expert knowledge of tower knowledge and ability to guide cross-functional teams
* Fluency in English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus
* In-depth knowledge of methodologies such as 8D/CAPA, RCA, Ishikawa, why-why, and 5Why
* Ability to understand Advance Product Quality Plan (APQP) and development phase gate milestones
