  • Utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates;">
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process;">
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience;">
  • Promoting Carrier Commercial Refrigeration as an employer of choice in the EMEA region by developing and executing employer branding initiatives;">
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge;">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on recruiting for the EMEA region;">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred;">
  • A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools;">
  • Proficiency in English - C2 level.">
