Job Role Summary
We're seeking a motivated and experienced French Recruiter to join our team in Portugal. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent from French-speaking backgrounds. They will engage with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies, while ensuring excellent candidate experiences throughout the process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a passion for international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and attracting top talent from French-speaking backgrounds.
  • Developing and implementing effective hiring strategies.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless candidate experiences.
  • Providing recruitment insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in general recruitment (at least 6-12 months).
  • Strong fluency in French (C1-C2 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
