IT Corporate Functions is an IT team responsible for all Corporate Applications on the Euronext group, supporting Finance Systems, HR, CRM, and others. The team aims to bridge the gap between business and IT, enhancing communication and allowing business departments to move initiatives and automate manual workloads faster while following IT protocols and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and report on project progress
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are considered and stakeholders are involved, informed, and engaged
  • Monitor project progress, track action items and milestones, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, escalating timely when required
  • Ensure projects are tracked and updated in relevant project management tools, and deviations are properly communicated

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a high-challenge, complex, multi-project technology environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration
  • Stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
